SIZING

Generally, our styles run true to size. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing down. Check out our size chart to find the perfect size based on your measurements.

IS YOUR BRAND SUSTAINABLE?

It is no secret that there is a chance for waste whenever new products are made. Because of this, we reduce our environmental footprint by investing in local artisans who help us create sustainable activewear that will save you from having to buy replacements on a regular basis. Every item is hand-cut and hand-stitched by our local tailors, which reduces the need for factories that produce pollution.In addition, our polybags are 100% biodegradable and recyclable, and our mailers, made from plants, are also 100% biodegradable and recyclable.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY

a.) We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the 5-7 business days


b.) Once you have placed an order, this cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.


c.) The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email, which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.


d.) Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours, you'll always know where your package is.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

• As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the delivery price is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.
• Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 5-7 business days.
• The Company is not responsible for shipment delayed situations that are outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe weather storm.
• We are not responsible for the items you have placed in the mail. We will not cover you for loss by courier company. That is where your tracking number comes in. If your items get lost in the mail, you will need to lodge a formal investigation with the courier company for them to cover you for the loss/damages of your items. If you choose not to ship your items tracked or signed for, and your items become lost, you will not be reimbursed for your loss/damages. GorjessFit will not pay to cover the cost of postage and lost items in the mail. Courier company will be your primary contact for loss/damages under their services.

Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a confirmation.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GorjessFit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
